Gabble Magazine Issue 1

Gabble is a biannual magazine of art criticism. Issue one contains nine articles, each comprised of images of the work of a London based artist and a response to their practice from a writer that has known their work for some time. In many cases the artist-writer pairings featured emerge from a close personal relationship that here becomes mediated in the form of criticism. Each issue will be launched with an accompanying gallery show featuring all of the artists included in the magazine. Issue one was launched in December 2025 at Greatorex Gallery, Whitechapel.
