Shipping & returns

We're a small team at Presse Books so at the moment we only ship orders between Wednesdays and Fridays.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We do not cover customs duties and taxes within the shipping cost, these will be charged and collected locally.

The approximate time scales for delivery once dispatched are as follows:

UK - 2-5 days
INTL - 5-14 days

Local Pick-up
We offer local pick-up on all online items. Please select local pick-up at the check out, and bring your email receipt with you to the bookshop for collection. You will be notified via email when your order is ready to collect. This will usually be ready within 24 hours (excluding days in which the cafe is closed).

Due to storage limitations, we are only able to hold pick-up orders for 14 days before these will be refunded. Please email pressebooks@forma.org.uk if you are unable to collect within this time frame.

Returns
We are only able to offer returns if your order is incorrect or damaged. If this is the case, please email pressebooks@forma.org.uk and we can organise a return for you.
