A Quiet Rape

A young woman comes to terms with rape, facing up to the affect it has upon her and her family. She finds words to speak about the taboos that protect, hide and isolate.

The story starts at the family farm in France, a place that has known war and the occupation, a time where keeping secrets meant survival. How can three generations of women talk to one another about what has happened to them, how can secrets be shared and abuses healed?
